Domestic Shipping

Lilly & Frank offers $15 Flat Rate shipping within Canada.  Orders are shipped with tracking and insurance up to $100.

Enjoy flat rate up to shipping max of $25, shipping exceeding $25 will be billed to the customer.  

Combing Orders (Canada & United States Only)

If you have already placed an order and paid shipping and wish to place a second you can take advantage of our combined shipping option. On additional orders add items to your basket and at checkout choose the “combing shipping with a previous order” option. Please only choose this shipping option if you have already paid a shipping charge.

Free Local Pick Up

If you are local to Lilly & Frank then you are welcome to pick you your order. Here's how.

Lilly & Frank ships with Canada Post or UPS shipping services. Orders are shipped either $15 Flat Rate for orders under 1lbs (no tracking or insurance) or $20 Flat Rate with tracking and insurance up to $100. 

Enjoy flat rate up to shipping max of $30, shipping exceeding $30 will be billed to the customer.

Lilly & Frank ships worldwide shipping with trackable and insurable shipping services. Shipping comes with $100 worth of insurance, if you wish for additional insurance please send us an email at info@lillyandfrank.com. 

Shipping Internationally may result in taxes and duties. If taxes and duties are charged it's the responsibility of the customer to cover this cost.
