Shipping & Customs Policy (U.S. Customers)

All orders shipped to the United States are subject to import duties, taxes, and/or tariffs as determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in the product price or shipping fees at checkout.

By placing an order, you agree to accept and pay any applicable customs charges. If you refuse delivery, the tariff charges do not disappear, they are billed back to our shipping account. In these cases, you will remain responsible for the charges, and they may be deducted from any refund or result in no refund being issued.

Please check your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges before ordering.

All orders are shipped with tracking and $100 worth of insurance. If you would like your order insured to the full order amount please send us an email to info@lillyandfrank.com to request additional shipping insurance.

Lilly & Frank ships worldwide with regular shipping rates that are trackable and insurable shipping services. Shipping comes with $100 worth of insurance, if you wish for additional insurance please send us an email at info@lillyandfrank.com.

Shipping Internationally may result in taxes and duties. If taxes and duties are charged it's the responsibility of the customer to cover this cost.
