Can I return my order if I don't like it?
We offer a 14 day return policy on unwashed, unworn items in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. You can read more about our return policy here.
Please note clearance items and custom order items are final sale unless Manufacturing defect.
How do I wash cloth diapers?
Our wash routine is very simple, rinse, heavy wash and dry on low. You can read more about how to care for you cloth diapers here.
Do I need to spay of the poop before laundering my diapers?
Yes, we recommend that you remove all poop from your cloth diapers before laundering them. Don't worry, it's easier than you think! Many poops can easily be shaken out of the diaper into the toilet. Additionally, a diaper sprayer helps for easier poop removal.
Do I have to change the diaper cover at every diaper change?
For fitted diapers - yes you will need to change the entire diaper (shell & insert) at every diaper change. This is because most likely the shell will be damp as it is not waterproof and it has absorbent layers built in. If however the shell was dry and you wanted to put a new insert or prefold you could do that.
For All-In-Two diapers - no, you do not need to change the cover. Just give it a quick wipe and snaps in a new insert.
What is the difference between a hybrid and a fitted?
Fitted diapers have a hidden layer of organic bamboo fleece in the shell that act as an absorbent layer. Hybrid diapers have a hidden layer of polyester fleece in the shell that act as a mild liquid barrier to push the moisture back up to the soaker slight extending the time before the shell will begin to feel damp. The insert and boosters for both diapers are the same, the only difference is in the hidden layer in the shell. You can read more about absorbency here.
Do Lilly & Frank cloth diapers require a cover?
Our fitted and hybrid cloth diapers are absorbent enough that many of our customers are able to go coverless for a period of time before the diaper feels damp. To be complete waterproof a wool or PUL cover is required and recommended for travel, naps & bedtime.
How do I prep my new cloth diapers?
For fitted diapers - all you need is one regular quick wash on warm. Lilly & Frank prewashes all our fabrics so that the diaper is ready to use when it arrives to you.
For All-In-Two diaper - please prewash the inserts 2-3 times before use to prep the fibres. The diaper shell just needs one quick wash on warm.

Si vous ne savez pas vraiment quelle taille vous convient, référez-vous à nos guides des tailles. Ils se situent sous les tailles disponibles pour chacun de nos produits.
Puis-je annuler ma commande ?
On comprend tout à fait, on change d'avis aussi ! Même si nous le souhaitons, une fois la commande passée, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de la modifier ou de l'annuler pour le moment. Nous espérons avoir une fenêtre d’annulation un jour dans le futur.
Si le ou les articles ne fonctionnent pas, assurez-vous de les échanger contre un style préféré ou de les retourner pour un remboursement. Pour rappel, les frais de retour nationaux sont gratuits.

Quelle est la politique d'expédition ?
Une fois votre commande passée, vous recevrez un e-mail de confirmation vous informant que notre équipe d'exécution a reçu votre commande. Une fois votre commande exécutée, vous recevrez une notification par e-mail avec vos informations de suivi. Les frais de livraison ne sont pas remboursables en cas de retour.
Expédiez-vous à l’étranger ?
Oui, nous expédions partout dans le monde. Des frais d'expédition s'appliqueront et seront ajoutés au moment du paiement.
