Below you will find shipping information by country. Canadian orders of $150+ qualify for free shipping.

Orders are shipped with tracking and insurance up to $100. If you would like additional insurance please reach out to info@lillyandfrank.com. If your order exceeds $750 in value signature is required on your order.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

U.S. orders are processed through Shopify Managed Markets and shipped using supported tracked carriers such as FedEx or DHL Express.

Applicable duties, tariffs and taxes are calculated as part of your order and collected before shipment. Your total at checkout includes applicable duties and taxes, so there should be no additional customs charges due upon delivery.

Lilly & Frank currently ships internationally to Australia and New Zealand, in addition to Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. All international shipments include tracking and up to $100 CAD of insurance.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or other import charges depending on the destination. Any charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
